I made an order at 6.15 online it said delivery 7.29 it came at 7:45...no burger. I rang them straight up and said where’s my burger he said they were sending one. It’s now 21:04 still no burger. They sent 3 lots of chips all cold and The nuggets were not edible...tasted like perfume..off..minging. Now the phone is off the hook. I want a full refund for the whole order and an apology

sorry this one was nowhere near the usual high standard we usually get from Chilli Masters. Ordered at 6.35 and arrived at 8pm, food was cold. Also a portion of chips was missing from the order. Would order again as normally everything is great but not happy with this one.
