Yofoodie is an online takeaway food platform. Our main focus is in providing easy-to-use technology for ordering food from your local takeaway online for delivery and pickup, also linking customers with restaurants via our website. By becoming members, users can view and re-order their previous orders as well as rate the orders and earn points which in turns lead to rewards.
Any person who accesses the website is considered a user of the website and a customer of Yofoodie.
Yofoodie shall use its best endeavours to ensure that the site is available 24/7.
However, we will not be liable if for any reason the site is unavailable at any time for any period. In the event of system failure, maintenance or repair or for reasons beyond the control of Yofoodie, access to the Website may be temporarily suspended.
Placing an Order
By placing an order the customer declares that all personal information provided by him/her is correct and accurate. Incorrect telephone numbers, addresses or e-mail addresses may lead to a delay or may even make the order impossible to be completed. Yofoodie has the right to cancel an order if the information provided by the customer is incorrect or incomplete.
The waiting time for any order is a guideline only and is provided by Yofoodie solely for the convenience of the customer. Yofoodie and any restaurants or other third parties are under no legal obligation to meet this approximate waiting time.
Yofoodie is obliged to transfer the order and all other information provided by the customer to the appropriate restaurant correctly and without unreasonabe delay. Yofoodie is not responsible or liable if the restaurant does not manage to deliver the order in an appropriate time. The customer has the right to cancel the order before he/she has received a confirmation e-mail that the order has been accepted by the restaurant. This can be done only by communicating the cancellation to the Yofoodie team.
All Meals are subject to availability. Our Partner Restaurant may offer an alternative for any Meal it cannot provided. Our Partner Restaurants may use nuts in the preparation of certain Meals. Please call our Partner Restaurant prior to ordering if you have an allergy. Yofoodie cannot guarantee that any of the Meals sold by our Partner Restaurants are free of allergens.
In addition to the materials and services offered by Yofoodie, this website may also make available materials, information, products and services provided by third parties (collectively, the "Third Party Services"). The third party services may be governed by separate agreements that accompany such services. If any person bought alcohol from a Yofoodie partner restaurant or takeaway a strict Challenge 25 policy and photographic identification will be required should you be, or appear to be, 25 years of age or younger. Only the following forms of I.D. will be accepted: Passport, Photo Driving Licence or proof of age scheme cards (with PASS accredited hologram logo). The cardholder or registered customer (in the case of Cash On Delivery) must be present at the delivery address and only they can collect the delivery. Our partner restaurant or takeaway will not serve you if they believe that alcohol will be passed to under 18's. Alcohol and Cigarettes
It is an offence for any person under the age of 18 to buy, or attempt to buy, intoxicating liquor or for any person over the age of 18 to buy intoxicating liquor for delivery to, or consumption by a person under the age of 18. It is also an offence to sell cigarettes to any person under the age of 18. Orders containing alcohol and/or cigarettes shall not be accepted from anyone under the age of 18 or if we have reason to believe that the order is being purchased on behalf of a person under the age of 18. Your order may be cancelled in the event that you are unable to provide us with an acceptable form of photographic identity proving you are over 18 or if we have reason to believe that an order is being purchased on behalf of a person under the age of 18.

We provide independent fast food delivery services and not affiliated with Mcdonalds, FKC and with some orther fast food outlets, due to health and safety reasons, we do not permit our drivers to open/check packaging to confirm items or content and therefore cannot accept responsibility for incorrect items. However, if you do not receive the correct items, you must speak to us in the first instance and we will try our possible best to resolve any issue. All complaints regarding quality of food should be directed to us in the first instance. We a are an independent delivery service and therefore the fastfood outlets (McDonalds, KFC) have no control over or liability for food products once they are removed from their premises by us. Should it be necessary to contact the fastfood outlet, we will do so on behalf of the customer. We do not, however, offer compensation or replacements in such events. All the price showing on our website for fast food outlets which is you are agreeing to pay for your delivery.
Members agree by registering with our site that all personal information provided is accurate. If any information changes, users must update their details using their preferences page.
No refunds can be given in the event that an order cannot be delivered if your personal details (such as contact telephone number) and/or delivery address is inaccurate.

Yofoodie Points System
It's our way of saying thank you to our customers for their loyalty.
Only orders placed directly through Yofoodie.co.uk and paid order online will be qualify to earn points using the point system. Some of our partner restaurants may not offer points. Points cannot and must not be offered or exchange for cash or other non related Yofoodie goods and services at any time or for any reason.
The number of points earned may vary from one Yofoodie registered food provider to another depending on the agreement entered into between Yofoodie and the individual food provider.
Please note earned points will be excluded from your account if your order is cancelled or refunded.
It may take up to 48 hours to calculate and register your points before they show on your account.
Points which are accumulated by a customer can only be redeemed by the same customer and cannot be transferred. Points when they are being redeemed can only be in full minimum of £5 (500points) by clicking on the button on the order screen.
Points can only be redeemed online at Yofoodie when placing an order. These points cannot be redeemed once the order is completed and accepted by Yofoodie or its associated Restaurants/Takeaways.
Points are valued as follows: 500 points = £5.00
Points cannot be redeemed if the order amount is less than the value of the redeemable points earned.
Points totals are displayed on the 'My Account' page when you log in. You will be presented with the balance of your points at each order. Once you've accumulated enough to redeem points a Redeem button will appear which will allow you to assign the points to your order.
Note: The Yofoodie points cannot be redeemed for cash or other alternatives. Yofoodie reserves the right to amend and withdraw the points system at anytime without notice.
All notices / communications shall be given to us either by post to our Premises (Customer Service, WE TECHNOLOGY LTD, Regus, Vision Park, Chivers Way, Histon, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, CB24 9AD) or using the support page send us enquiry. Such notice will be deemed received 5 days after posting if sent by first class post, the day of sending if the email is received in full on a business day and on the next business day if the email is sent on a weekend or public holiday.
