Yofoodie have worked with the Food Standards Agency to ensure that takeaways are aware of their responsibilities when it comes to complying with the Food Information Regulation.
We have recently introduced a poster that displays a list of the 14 Major Allergens and how food needs to be labelled to comply with the Food Information Regulation. The aim of this poster is to ensure that takeaways are fully aware of the required information. We have sent the posters to a number of Wholesalers to supply to their customers as well as Takeaways directly.
